Do I need a licensed electrician (LEW) for rewiring?
Yes. Any work involving the distribution board, circuit changes, or concealed wiring must be carried out or endorsed by a Licensed Electrical Worker, with certification filed. We handle this as part of the project.
Can electrical works be done alongside my renovation instead of separately?
Yes — this is how we recommend doing it. Planning electrical works alongside your design and layout avoids sockets ending up hidden behind cabinetry and prevents a second round of wall-opening after finishes are done.
Do condo units need extra approval for electrical works?
Yes. Condo electrical works need MCST approval in addition to LEW sign-off, which we coordinate as part of the project.
