The material palette is a study in warm minimalism. Light oak fluted panels are used throughout to provide tactile rhythm and visual warmth against the crisp white architectural shell. A key feature of this commercial renovation is the custom curved glass partitioning, which provides acoustic privacy for meeting rooms while maintaining visual transparency. The addition of neutral-toned acoustic felt in the private phone booths adds a layer of soft texture, ensuring high-performance sound absorption in a sleek, modern package.
